This intimate weekend is an invitation to slow down,
reconnect with yourself, and allow the rhythm of the ocean
to gently restore what life has asked of you.
What to Expect
Rather than a rigid schedule, this retreat will be guided by the needs of the group. Throughout the weekend we'll weave together
